INNOCENTS ABROAD:
A Journey for Peace from San Diego to Gaza
Thurs, May 6 , 2010 7pm

Hany El-Saidany, Faith Attaguile and Larry Hampshire, residents of San Diego, will share their photos and tell the story of the 200-vehicle, 500-person peace convoy they recently joined in order to deliver to the Palestinian people of Gaza, ambulances, trucks and vans filled with medical aid and humanitarian supplies.

Beginning in London on December 6, convoy members drove over 4,000 miles through 12 countries. Despite many adversities, they succeeded in delivering the vehicles and aid to the people of Gaza 31 days later on January 6, 2010.

Come, listen to the incredible story they have to tell. They will be joined by San Diego Veterans for Peace and engage us in a lively discussion.
