 Last year we had about 800 attendees for our 1st 4 hour Pride. This year, we've expanded and doubled our time. And best part of all, we've lowered the donation ticket to only $5. We know how hard the economy is right now and want everyone to be able to enjoy in the fun.

Front Runners 5K Fun-Run/Walk
In conjunction with Pride @ the beach! 2009, the North County chapter of Front Runner & Walkers of San Diego will host a 5K Fun-Run/Walk on Saturday morning, October 10. Runners and walkers of all ages are invited to congregate at 9:00 a.m. at the Pride site at Betty's Lot just south of the Oceanside pier. We will depart promptly at 9:30 a.m. for a level run/walk down the Strand past Buccaneer Beach and back; just in time for Pride's grand inauguration at 11:00 a.m. Food and refreshments will be available at the Pride site following the run/walk. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in a variety of categories. To sign up, go to the Pride site and click on the link.
