Celebrate National Volunteer Month by attending this event! Join us for an evening wine & cheese reception, potluck dinner, and the viewing and discussion of Oliver Stone's W and Michael Moore's Slacker Uprising. Meet local organizers and new Obama friends, while helping us raise funds for Democratic military and veterans outreach & collecting resources for the Community Resource Center.

Donation for the program: $30 w/o an item to share, $20 w/, $15 students w/ an item to share. All money raised goes to the OC & San Diego Military and Veterans for Change - La Jolla Democratic Club toward our outreach efforts.

The Community Resource Center has a critical need for can goods (nut butters, meats, vegetables, pastas), dry goods (pastas, beans, rice and grains), hygiene products ( babies and adult diapers, feminine hygiene products, wipes and cleaning products), paper goods (toilet and towel paper) for needy North Coast families. All items collected will be donated to the CRC.
