Lecture : Local Impacts of Climate Change

Andrea Cook, PhD, Climate Change Program Manager with the California Center for Sustainable Energy, will discuss climate change impacts to the region, including impacts on water and energy supply, renewable energy, new environmental laws (AB32, SB375), green house gas emissions, tips to reduce your carbon footprint, and more! This is part of a new lecture series by Green Encinitas but since climate change will effect us all we are passing it on to Preserve Calavera members also. Free lecture will be held on April 13 Mon, from 6:30-8:00 PM at the Encinitas Community Center, 1140 Oakcrest Park.
