Both Feinstein & Boxer vote for Israeli war

US Senate *Unanimously* Passes Resolution Supporting Israeli Assault on Gaza.

Following a similar resolution passed last week by the U.S. House, the U.S. Senate voted Thursday night to support Israel’s ongoing invasion of the Gaza Strip.

No dissenting vote was cast, and no mention was made of the hundreds of Palestinian civilians, most of whom are women and children, that have been killed by Israel in the past ten days.

Both Sen. Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer voted to support Israel's criminal aggression against the people of Gaza, in a Senate resolution on July 10, 2014. Since then over 300 Palestinian children have been killed by Israel.

Boxer's preposterous statement

Barbara Boxer, on July 18, stated, "It is particularly shocking that Hamas is using Palestinian men, women, and children as human shields to deter Israeli attacks. In recent days, Hamas has urged residents of Gaza to ignore Israeli warnings of impending air strikes and remain in their homes. The Israeli government has also compiled extensive evidence that Hamas has intentionally placed rocket launchers and other military objects in densely populated civilian areas.” Read MORE

Sens. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) authored S.Res. 498, which reaffirms Senate support for Israel, condemns unprovoked rocket fire and calls on Hamas to stop all rocket attacks on Israel.

The United States Senate is in Israel's camp,” Graham said on the Senate floor Thursday.
Passage of the resolution came moments after Israel announced that it launched a ground offensive into the Gaza Strip, following a week of heavy rocket attacks from Hamas forces.
