OCCUPY the Courts, SD Couny - Jan. 20th

Federal Courthouses nationwide, including San Diego
880 Front Street
San Diego, CA 92101

Corporations are NOT people!
Money is NOT Speech!

Let's work hard to make 2012 the year in which corporations are stripped of the legal personhood that makes it legal for them to buy elections and politicians.

There's good news: Montana's Supreme Court recently upheld a ban on corporate election spending. Los Angeles and New York have just joined the list of cities urging the rest of the country to join Montana. And several bills have been introduced in Congress to amend the Constitution.

On January 20 and 21, there will be protests across the country marking the second anniversary of the horrible Citizens United U.S. Supreme Court decision that allows unlimited buying of candidates by corporations.

Inspired by Occupy Wall Street, Move To Amend is planning bold nationwide action to mark the second anniversary of the infamous Citizens United v. FEC decision, which established money as speech and entrenched the artificial concept of "corporate personhood".

Move to Amend volunteers across the USA will lead the charge on the judiciary which created — and continues to expand — corporate personhood rights.
