Event Reminders: Protest of Drones in Poway - 1 year anniversary Thursday, 08/15/2013 The San Diego Vets for Peace with peace and justice supporters, will conduct its one year anniversary of DRONE PROTESTS on Thursday, Aug. 15th at 4:00PM. Medea Benjamen, of code Pink, will attend. After one year of protests across from the offices of drone manufacturer General Atomics, the company has come to understand there is fierce opposition in America to the criminal murder of innocent civilians, and children especially, in foreign lands.
