This latest scandal, involving pure greed in parting people from their money in order to feed health insurance industry profits, comes to us from Anthem Blue Cross, who plans to raise their rates up to 39%, that's right, 39%, as of March 1, with two more possible increases to follow within a year! The affected customers are those who for, whatever reason, are forced to enroll in an individual health insurance plan, and therefore do not have enough clout to fight an action such as this.
